Andy Isabella is a former NFL wide receiver who spent six years competing at the highest level of professional football. Throughout his career with teams like the Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, and Buffalo Bills, Andy trained under some of the most respected minds in the game—including Kliff Kingsbury, John Harbaugh, Mike Tomlin, and Sean McDermott.

His time in the NFL shaped more than just physical discipline; it sparked a lifelong commitment to human performance, recovery, nutrition, and personal growth. Certified as an Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), EXOS Performance Specialist, ISSA Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach, and O2 Collective Breathwork Facilitator. Andy brings a unique, holistic approach to health—bridging elite athletic conditioning with sustainable lifestyle practices.

He is also the author of A Journey to the NFL, a reflective guide on perseverance, mindset, and high-performance living. Today, Andy’s mission is evolving—he’s now combining his knowledge of fitness with his deep passion for regenerative agriculture and food independence. As a graduate of Wild Willow Farm School in San Diego, Andy also teaches others how growing their own food can be one of the most powerful steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Andy Isabella graduated the University of Massachusetts where he studied Mechanical Engineering for 2 and a half years before finishing a degree in Applied Mathematics. After Umass, Andy followed more of his passions that would help his NFL Career. During his career he received certificates in elite performance training, breathwork, nutrition and other certificates focusing on mindset. He continues to share his work and what he learned over the course of his professional career.
